I love Adam, he does us carnivores proud, since his early days of whole roast pig and ribs at DaisyMays to his later ventures with Jamie Oliver in London and Mario Batalia in Las Vegas. This book give you a guide to the necessary tools, cuts of meat and lots of great tips for grilling.
I love Adam so much he made my list twice ... This books is AWESOME, techniques, tools, and mouth watering recipes that are presented in an easy " I can do that" way !!
Seven fires is GORGEOUS, the pictures are fabulous and you really feel the love Francis Mallmann puts into every step of his dishes. This is some serious grilling and it can and most likely will, take you slightly outside your comfort zone. I would give it a look, you might surprise yourself and your guests.
Chris Lilly is the legendary Chief at Big Bob Gibson's Bar-B-Que in Decatur Alabama. This book is worth getting for the pictures alone. Beyond the great pictures it is a terrific resource for anyone who loves to grill. It makes you feel comfortable and gives you detailed information on the tools and techniques to grill, make amazing side dishes and the some of the best sauces you will ever taste.

Summer cocktails are pretty and colorful, they can contain fruit, whipped, blended, shaken or stirred.
Yes, they do have apps for that, but the books are filled with pretty pictures and some really helpful and time-saving tips.
The Bartenders bible is a great book to give for someone as a housewarming gift. Not only can you lean how to make one thousand and one cocktails but it give excellent tips on setting up a bar, what you need to get started and lesions on some of the ingredients that we aren't all familiar with.
101 Sangria's And Pitcher Drinks, be still my heart! What a fabulous way to spend a sunny afternoon onto the evening; than with great friends and a pitcher or two of a fabulous concoction..

Speak Easy, is a very cool book, it is written by Jason Kosmas and Dushan Zaric. The owners of Employees Only They have taken classic cocktails and given them some interesting twists. Learn how to make classic cocktails like the Gimlet or Manhattan.
